Product Quality Inspection
El control de la calidad se realiza a partir de nuestro departamento técnico en dos
pasos principales:
Inspección durante la producción:
QDcontrol recomienda esta inspección a todos los clientes. Permite localizar las inconformidades en el momento que ocurren, prevenirlas y corregirlas. Garantiza una aceptación del 100% de la producción, sin rechazos. Sintonía total entre equipo de producción y equipo de control sin conflictos. Normalmente se inspeccionan dos turnos (16 horas) de producción controlándose el tercero al día siguiente. En producciones conflictivas QDcontrol permanecerá los 3 turnos asegurando la aceptación total de la producción.
Post-production inspection:

Packing quality inspection
This inspection meets the following objectives:
Correct product presentation:
En QD Control entendemos el pallet o la caja como unidad de venta en muchos casos para cliente final y es por ello que el cuidado y la presentación de los mismos es un activo para la venta.
Monitoring of customs regulations and customer requirements:

Cargo Inspection

Laboratory tests
We conduct certifications and tests in independent third-party laboratories accredited by China's National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment "CNAS," by its English acronym, in this way we coordinate with the factories to evaluate the manufactured products, based on international tests and standards equivalent to local standards for the proper entry and circulation of products within each country.
